About Role:
We are looking for a responsible document controller. The Document Controller is responsible for receipt, distribution, scanning, indexing, and logging Program information to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems and departments.

Responsibilities:
Here are the main things they will do:
- Manage the receipt, filing, and distribution of engineering documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, etc.).
- Implement and maintain a document control system, ensuring proper version control and revision tracking.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive document filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with the transmittal of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a document register and database.
- Archive project documents according to company policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of document control procedures.

Requirements:
Here are the qualifications and skills required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing and controlling engineering documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
