About Role:
We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Representative role in our Chemical Technologies group. Customer Service Representative is a vital partner in delivering satisfaction to customers in a sustainable and profitable manner.

Responsibilities:
Here are the main things they will do:
- Enter Customer Orders and provide confirmation to the customer and sales team.
- Ensure that product price is aligned with the pricelist.
- Coordinate with the credit team for clearing credit/delivery hold
- Provide Shipping Updates to Sales and Customer
- Coordination with the planners to ensure that requested delivery dates are met.
- Reviewing Letter of Credit to confirm that all criteria are aligned with procedures.
- Improve service level by ensuring on time delivery to internal and external customers.
- Daily monitoring of open purchase order and open sales orders
- Review the pending order status with internal and external suppliers.
- Ensure we meet the required Customer Service KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Prepare Shipping Documents
- Manage the supplier invoices in case of drop shipments.

Requirements:
Here are the qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
- Well versed with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support flexible working hours
- Demonstrated quality of being a team player
