About Role:

We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Representative role in our Chemical Technologies group. Customer Service Representative is a vital partner in delivering satisfaction to customers in a sustainable and profitable manner.

Here are the main things they will do:

  1. Enter Customer Orders and provide confirmation to the customer and sales team.
  2. Ensure that product price is aligned with the pricelist.
  3. Coordinate with the credit team for clearing credit/delivery hold 
  4. Provide Shipping Updates to Sales and Customer
  5. Coordination with the planners to ensure that requested delivery dates are met.
  6. Reviewing Letter of Credit to confirm that all criteria are aligned with procedures.
  7. Improve service level by ensuring on time delivery to internal and external customers.
  8. Daily monitoring of open purchase order and open sales orders
  9. Review the pending order status with internal and external suppliers.
  10. Ensure we meet the required Customer Service KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
  11. Prepare Shipping Documents
  12. Manage the supplier invoices in case of drop shipments.

Here are the qualifications and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in similar role 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
  • Well versed with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to support flexible working hours
  • Demonstrated quality of being a team player
