A document check and acting for an owner are different instructions. First identify what must be done, who will do it and what the developer, bank or registration channel requires.
Where a power of attorney is appropriate, the wording and acceptance route need to suit the task. POAS can discuss that service separately. Notarisation, attestation, translation and acceptance requirements depend on the document and receiving party.
