The property
Project and developer name, unit reference and the buyer name used on the purchase documents.
Missing Oqood
You may need a copy. You may need an update. You may need the developer to explain what has been registered. First, let’s separate those questions.
Independent support from Cendale. Official processes stay with DLD and authorised channels.
Find the starting point
Project and developer name, unit reference and the buyer name used on the purchase documents.
SPA date, relevant payment receipts and any registration charge shown on your statement.
Previous requests, replies and any application or transaction reference already supplied.
A step you can take today
Keep the request specific. A receipt for a registration charge is useful evidence of a payment, but it does not by itself tell you whether a certificate has been issued.
If someone says the document has already been sent, confirm the destination email and request it again through a known contact. Keep the reply with the transaction reference.
How we can help
Bring the documents and existing replies into a clear account of what is known.
Separate a document-delivery problem from an application or registration problem.
If you want help with follow-up, we explain the proposed work and fee before instruction.
Before you begin
A name alone may not be enough, and access to owner-specific information can require identification and authority. Start with the project and unit details you know.
Not necessarily. A missing copy, a pending application and an unregistered sale are different situations. Obtain the application reference and status before drawing a conclusion.
Official copies and registration outputs come through the relevant authorised channels. We help organise the information and the follow-up; we do not issue government certificates.
