The short answer
Use the official MyDLD sign-in page. DLD’s sign-in notice says access to the Oqood application uses UAE Pass. Oqood.ae is an independent Cendale service; this page links you to DLD and does not collect government login details.
Owner access and developer access are different

DLD distinguishes business users from owners in its profiling guidance. Use the account type appropriate to your task. If you work for a developer and lack access, request the correct business permissions through DLD or your organisation’s authorised administrator.
A safe way to reach the portal
- Start on dubailand.gov.ae and follow its own service or MyDLD link.
- Read the domain before entering information or approving a sign-in.
- Use the authentication route shown for the selected service.
- Review UAE Pass approval details on your own device before accepting.
An adviser does not need your UAE Pass approval code to explain a certificate or prepare a follow-up question. A link in a message is worth checking against the official website before you sign in.
Why does an old Oqood link redirect?
Official service addresses and sign-in flows can change. In this review the rees.dubailand.gov.ae address led to MyDLD. A redirect on the official domain does not itself mean your registration has disappeared.
Use the current official page and its support route. Bookmark the entry page after checking it rather than repeatedly opening a third-party instruction containing an old login path.
What if login fails or my property is missing?

Avoid concluding that there is no registration from an empty portfolio alone. Equally, a successful sign-in does not prove that a particular sale has been registered.

Can Oqood.ae reset my DLD password?
No. Account recovery and government-system access remain with DLD and the relevant identity provider.
Do I need developer access to ask for my certificate?
No. You can request the issued file from the developer. That is different from receiving permission to operate its registration workflow.
Can a public project search show my personal purchase?
It shows project information. It should not be treated as confirmation of your unit’s buyer-specific registration.
