DLD’s Project Status Enquiry provides a route to project information, including developer and escrow sections where available. Use it to identify the development accurately and record when you checked.
A project-level result is not an owner-specific registration confirmation. It also does not replace checking a particular payment instruction or understanding the contract you are being asked to sign.
